For over a decade, Executive Chef Marc Collins has worked with a network of local farmers and fishermen creating a special kind of culinary magic, elevating even an ordinary night out to spectacular new heights.

Charming architectural details, including stable doors, original heart-of-pine floors and a wood-burning kitchen fireplace, add to the restaurant’s atmosphere of history and romance. Designed to mimic the original carriage openings, cozy booths with candlelit tables tuck into arched openings that line the walls of the elegant wood-paneled dining room.

Yet for all its splendor, even by Charleston’s exalted standards, what truly sets it apart is the dining experience.
